If your not sure what temperature you should drink or serve your wine, we’d done a little research for you.
White wines and rosés
Should always be served chilled but not too cold, usually between 10° and 12°C for young and fruity wines and 12° and 14°C for fine whites and vintage wines.
Red wines
Should be be served a little warmer than whites at a temperature betwen 12° and 14°C for young and fruity reds and a little higher, around 16° to 17°C for fine reds, older and vintage wines.
