The Slanket first hit the UK shores late last year, when with the build up to Christmas caused to stocks to run dry and several slankets appeared on Ebay for extortionate prices. Thankfully this year stocks seem able to keep up with the demand, this is likely helped but the numerous alternative blankets to the slankets, this year there are at least half a dozen different sleeved fleecy blankets available, all in a similar style and vein of the original slankets.
