Whilst the official dates have yet to be published (we’ll amend our dates here as soon as the official dates are released), we’ve taken an educated guess at what the last postage dates for all Christmas post via Royal Mail (and Parcelforce) might be:
Last Christmas Posting Dates 2008
- Tuesday 16th December - Standard Parcels
- Wednesday 17th December - 2nd Class
- Friday 19th December - 1st Class
- Tuesday 23rd December - Special Delivery
Its important to note that these are Royal Mails last postage dates and many companies operate their own last ORDER dates and times when shopping with them to guarantee delivery in time for Christmas, so if your thinking of some last minute online xmas shopping take care to check last order and delivery dates from each particular retailer, for example last year Woolworths last order date when shopping online was midday on the 14th December.
