The pan features two recessed areas, one for producing the base of your giant cupcake, the other for producing the top of the giant cupcake. The top section is swirled to allow for easy decorating, the bottom has jagged edges to mimic the appearance of a wrapped cupcake. You can of course choose how you wan to decorate it! Your giant cupcake will have a diameter of 17.5cm, making one large cupcake!

Although this is a non-stick pan, we’d recommend greasing the pan, as with the detailed edges, your cake bases (and top) are likely to stick if care is not taken.

This year is going to be different. This year I am fully prepared with gift ideas. Christmas crackers. I love this one. I always forget to buy them myself and I’m always too cheap to get the nice ones, so if someone gives them to me I am always stupidly pleased.

A good book. Who doesn’t love a good read? Get a recommendation and buy a few copies- you never know when they’ll come in handy.
